Ron Avery Takes 2nd in Limited Division at Area 1

The USPSA Area 1 Championships were held in Idaho Falls, Idaho on June 25-27.  We had some very challenging stages and great competition which made it a very fun match to shoot.

I was able to shoot with Todd Jarrett, Charlie Perez, Conrad Holland and a host of good shooters on our squad and it was really fun to watch everyone going through the stages, coming up with plans and then shooting.

I made a few mistakes but I learned a ton of valuable lessons on mental training and conditioning  that will be incorporated into all of our tactical and competitive shooting courses as well as new ideas for training and competing that will pay off in the future for me.
